Invisible – Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Invisible – Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after the order is placed.

Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier, but most orders arrive within 4-14 business days after being shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Invisible is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Invisible is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship orders within 1 business day, unexpected delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays may occur and are outside of our control.
